Robin is a dedicated family, wills, and civil litigation lawyer who is driven by her passion to advocate and assist individuals in need. Robin obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria and her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with Honours from the University of Birmingham. During law school, Robin served as the Vice President of Moot Court Competitions and volunteered with the Refugee and Asylum Legal Clinic by offering legal advice to low-income individuals.

Robin practices primarily in the area of family law and represents clients across British Columbia with legal issues including but not limited to divorce, separation, parenting time and parental responsibilities, child guardianship, child support, spousal support, property and debt division, and family violence. She also practices wills and estates law and can provide clients with estate planning services including advising on and preparing wills, representation agreements, and a power of attorney. Robin also assists clients with civil matters involving contract litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, and property disputes.

Robin has represented clients before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Residential Tenancy Branch. Robin takes a compassionate and empathetic approach to the practice of law as she understands the stress clients endure. She is also an active volunteer with the Access Pro Bono Society of BC and believes in providing accessible legal services. Robin offers an unwavering commitment to justice by assisting individuals through Legal Aid BC. She makes certain her clients feel supported each step of the process, their voice is heard, and strives to achieve an amicable resolution.

PERSONAL INTERESTS: Outside of the office, she enjoys running, paddle boarding, international travel, and spending time with family and friends.
