Deepika obtained her law degree from the University of Leicester in 2022. During her studies, she served as a project manager with the university’s Pro Bono Society and volunteered as a legal researcher and author for AMICUS USA, an organization that provides legal support to vulnerable individuals in the USA, who received the death penalty as a result of lacking proper legal representation.

While completing her law degree, she began gaining extensive experience as a legal assistant and paralegal, developing a strong foundation in civil litigation, wills and estates, personal injury, and real estate law.

Deepika completed her articles in Kelowna, BC, with a focus on family law and child protection. She is particularly passionate about family law, and with a trauma-focused approach, Deepika is dedicated to guiding her clients through challenging and emotional circumstances with empathy and care.

Outside of work, Deepika’s hobbies including weight training, playing recreational sports, and cheering on the Canucks and her favorite football teams!
